Dorene began her financial services career in 1997 at a San Diego based Broker-Dealer as a Client Service Associate and then Senior Client Service Associate.  Two years later, Dorene was promoted to Operations Manager of the Registered Investment Advisor of the same firm.  Since then, she worked at two other southern California wealth management firms as Director of Operations giving her over 20 years of experience in the financial services field. Her most recent position was Global Product Operations Manager at a financial technology company serving some of the world’s top financial institutions. Dorene decided to come back to her roots in wealth management operations and joined Ariston Services Group, LLC in September, 2023.

Dorene grew up in Encinitas, CA and has resided in Carlsbad, CA for the last twenty years. Dorene has a son, Spencer, a step son, Cooper and two dogs, Chopper and Charlie.  She enjoys going to the beach, swimming, gardening, and going on walks with her dogs in her free time.
